Foundation Course
in Raja Yoga Meditation
The First Lesson in Cantonese will be conducted every MONDAY at 7.00pm- 8.00pm

The First Lesson in English Course will be conducted every first and third TUESDAY of the month at 7.00pm - 8.00pm

For beginners - learn how to meditate using ancient knowledge from India - Raja Yoga. This meditation practice is based on the awareness of the spiritual nature of the self and becoming familiar with the mind, intellect and sub-conscious and the part they play in forming our character, nature and desires.


Community Meditations
An Evening to send out vibrations of peace and calmness to our community
Every Saturday & Sunday, 6.00pm-7.30pm

Positive Thinking
(in Cantonese) every last Saturday of month,
2.30pm - 5.00pm and (in English) every Third Saturday at 2:30pm – 5:00pm

(registration is required for these courses)

The aim of this course is to give a simple introduction to the workings of the mind and how positive attitudes and thoughts, even when there are difficulties in your life, can help make everything easier to manage.

Every Third Sunday of the month,
9.30am - 10.30am

Join us on the third Sunday of each month 10.00am radiating peace, love and care to our world. A morning of music, silence and commentaries to help guide our thoughts..

Evening Class

Every Thursday
6.30pm meditation to 7.00pm followed by class

(classes in both English and Cantonese)
For students who have completed
the Foundation Course in Raja Yoga Meditation.
